  We are all part of abuse under the present circumstances. The majority of people are unaware of this. We can be the victim or the abuser at any time. The majority of people believe that if they were verbally abused, they would be aware of it. After all, ranting, put-downs, name-calling, and belittling behaviors are common forms of verbal abuse. However, there is a lot more verbal abuse than most people realize. Indeed, some people are verbally abused regularly without even realizing it. This happens because verbal abuse is not as obvious as other forms of abuse such as physical bullying, cyberbully, and sexual bullying, it can be difficult to identify. However, this does not make it any less real. Verbal abuse can be any type of verbal interaction that causes emotional harm to a person, often prompting them to question their identity. KINDNESS

Adding a little kindness to our daily life is important. 😇 Do you remember someone being kind to you? How does that make you feel? Now let’s think the other way round. Have you ever been kind to someone? Let’s think! Why do you even need kindness? How does that change your life? Kindness, a simple act that makes someone and ourselves happy. Kindness can be as simple as a warm smile, a touch, or a word of encouragement, a wish, or just saying “I am there for you”. It is also a communication between two souls which is yourself and the other person you showing your kindness to. In this busy world and now during this pandemic, you don’t leave a lot of time to think about others. We are busy taking care of ourself and daily task. That's not to say you are selfish or ungrateful. But maybe it just means that the feelings of those around you can get lost in the shuffle of everyday life. SELF-LOVE

In this world, we are so busy looking for people to express our love till we forget about ourselves. Mostly, we find it hard to show more love towards ourselves and why is that? Probably, this may not seem consequential to some but self-love is one of the best things to do for ourselves. Self-love is not always easy but it provides confidence and brings more positive energy to us. Amongst the most, if we learn to love ourselves, we can gain the vibes that bring happiness to us. Looking at us we find a lot of different flaws and also feel lame about it. It is really difficult to bring that energy and enhancement to give extra attention and care to yourself. Sometimes, we do remember too many past experiences and fail to love ourselves. Thinking about past experiences or mistakes will never let us progress in our life.   We as humans definitely will have our list of goals.  It can be categorized in various forms such as personal desires, passion, hobbies, and ambitions.  Most of it will be failed due to our insecurities or hesitations.  It took deep courage for me to even type this out.  Finally, I began it. All of us will have a little desire to begin something and finish it with great success. Randomly, that is how my writing starts too. Being a writer was my passion and after many years finally I tried. O verthinking stopped me from doing it and  did not let me come out of my comfort zone.  At least, Better late than never. 👍 Most people have this question in their mind, "Am I qualified for this?', "Can I do this?", "Is someone going to laugh at me?".
